Spa and Recreation

The Hotel's Beach - The beautiful Shato beach spreads over 8 acres and includes some beautifully designed lightning poles and various facilities for the guests, such as lawns, shaded sitting areas, parasols, chairs and tanning beds, hammocks, flora and designed plants, a buffet on the shore and a pier for the boats.
The hotel guests can enjoy this lovely beach with no extra fee. 
The beach is open in season (July-September), subject to a lifeguard supervision.
 

Swimming Pool – A freshwater swimming pool is available for guest use, at the adjacent Chamey Tveria complex.
 

Chamey Tveria Hot Spring Complex – One of 6 hot spring complexes throughout Israel, Chamey Tveria is by far the most luxurious and modern one. Hotel guests enjoy free entry to the complex, and use of all its facilities. Springs page for details. A wide selection of spa treatments is offered in Chamey Tveria, adjacent to the hotel, where guests are treated to a 20% discount (excluding water treatments and spa packages). Entertainment

The Kids' Club - The hotel's kids' club offers a wide range of entertainment for children, including arts and crafts, movie screenings, guided activities, performances and magic shows. Open year-round.
 

Seniors' Club – A morning game of chess, or an evening art workshop – the senior's club offers a variety of activities for senior citizens, including board games, books, magazines, a TV with DVDs, and daily creative workshops. The club is open daily between 09:00 - 12:00 and 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
 

Hotel Entertainment Crew – The hotel's in-house entertainment crew holds varying programs, including workshops, guest artists, dance nights and interactive group activities. Contact the front desk for details.

Accessibility and Special Needs

Rooms: The hotel offers 4 rooms, which are adjusted to the handicapped. They have a view to the hotel's garden and a partial view to the Kinnereth. They are fitted for a couple + 2. The rooms have shower stalls and grip handles in the bathroom and the door's width is specially adjusted for the passage of a wheelchair.

Hotel's Territory: There is a disabled parking and a direct entrance from it to the hotel. All of the hotel's territories are adjusted to the handicapped, so is the access to the beach and pool.

Other Services

Religiously Observant Guests - The hotel offers Glatt Kosher meals (subject to prior arrangement and subject to a service charge), Sabbath keys, in-room Sabbath clock, a Sabbath elevator, a Sabbath candle lighting corner and a synagogue. For prayer times, contact the front desk.

Internet - Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the hotel, in addition to a fixed-line internet connection near the hotel reception desk. The internet service in the hotel costs 34 NIS a day and 8.5 NIS for 2 hours, not including VAT.


Parking - There is a free parking to all of the hotel guests in the hotel's parking lot.
 

Baby Services - The hotel offers special services for the parents' convenience with no extra charge: hot water, cold/hot milk, stained food (with an half an hour advance), disposable bibs and wet wipes.
