I don't know if you recall, but I wrote to you about four years ago telling you what a great employee you have in BatZion Ben Moshe. Well, I figure four years is enough of a lapse for me to restate my comments.

I have been a customer of yours for eight years. Every winter I rent a car for 3-4 months, and during the year have the need to occasionally rent a car for shorter periods of time. 

When my original contact moved up in your organization, I was referred to BatZion.  I can say without hesitation that from that point I was, and continue to be, extremely satisfied with BatZion. She is the reason I have continued to be a regular customer. Your competition has lost me forever! 

During my winter rental period, BatZion is always able to arrange a car at a fair price and also arranges to get me "preferred service" in the form a no "high season" surcharge, and a free extra driver. On the one or two occasions I've experienced a problem with Hertz, BatZion quickly came to my assistance.

I am a retired executive from JP Morgan Chase in New York. One of my areas of responsibility was our customer service call center so I'm very sensitive to excellent service quality as a strategy for maintaining clients. You can consider yourself fortunate in having BatZion among your customer interface staff.

I anticipate a long time relationship with TravelDeal knowing that I will continue to receive excellent service from BatZion.

Thank you very much.  The hotels worked out really well and they accommodated our room requests, etc.  I think our rooms at the Dan Acadia were really very nice - 4th floor and looked out over the pool!
